Pool Service Manager

Position Summary

This position schedules and assists clients with service calls and maintenance requests. This position completes onsite service and maintenance visits, and maintains ongoing relationships with clients while also developing new service and maintenance leads and contracts.

Responsibilities

Schedule and assist clients with service calls and maintenance requests.
Complete onsite service visits.
Complete weekly pool maintenance routes.
Assist in start-up of newly completed pools.
Winterize pools in the fall season.
Open pools in the spring season.
Develop new service and maintenance leads and contracts.
Assist in other departments as needed.
Assist the team in completing necessary paper work including timesheets and organizing material reciepts.
Assist the team in planning and organizing projects.
Assist the team in maintaining a clean and safe work environment, including worksite and equipment.
Weekly cleaning of equipment and shop premises.
Attend training classes and seminars as requested.

Minimum Qualifications

High school degree or GED.
Must be customer and detail oriented.
Must have good oral and written communication, math, job planning and mechanical skills.
Ability to manage multiple projects.
Ability to work outside in all climate conditions.
Must have a valid driver’s license and insurable by the company’s agent.
Must be detail oriented and quality driven.

Preferred Qualifications

Know and understand basic pool water chemistry.
Prior pool construction and/or maintenance experience.
Prior building trades helpful, but not required.
Knowledge of pool construction materials and processes.
